One-Day Biohacking Retreat Near Ubud: Full System Reset
Bali Longevity Lab takes your body through a complete cycle — move, nourish, contrast, restore — in a single day at a private villa near Ubud. Movement · Nourishment · Heat & Cold · Stillness.
A complete cycle, in a single day
Bali Longevity Lab is one day, intentionally built to take your body through a complete cycle — move, nourish, contrast, restore. You leave recalibrated, not just relaxed. Nervous system, fascia, lymph and metabolism each get their share of the work in a single day.

Biohacking, applied — not a workout class
This programme is built around a comprehensive optimisation of the body: circulation, detoxification, nervous-system regulation and nutrition, where improving one system directly supports the others. It is biohacking in its purest form — targeted, science-based interventions to actively influence your own biology, rather than waiting for age or lifestyle to decide how you feel.
A gym trains muscle in isolation. Bali Longevity Lab trains circulation, detox, the nervous system and nutrition together, in one deliberate sequence — every activity is a lever in the same system, chosen to support the ones around it.
A contrast protocol
Heat and cold, done right — a routine you can repeat on your own.
A breathing pattern
To shift out of fight-or-flight on demand, whenever you need it.
An eating template
Food as fuel, not filler — built around what your body is doing that day.
A felt sense
Of what a regulated nervous system actually feels like.
A day built around four pillars
Every activity serves one of four goals.

Move
Fascia release, rebounding and HIIT wake up the body and get circulation flowing.

Detox
Rebounding and lymphatic work move fluid the body can't move on its own.

Restore
Sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi and light & sound train the nervous system.

Nourish
Whole, anti-inflammatory meals fuel the day without weighing it down.
Why HIIT is the backbone
Physical activity improves circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to tissues and organs, and builds muscle and cardiovascular strength — both key to longevity. HIIT sits at the core of this pillar because it delivers the maximum result in the minimum time.
- Efficiency — 20–30 minutes can deliver the effect of a much longer workout
- The afterburn effect — the body keeps burning calories and repairing tissue for hours afterward
- Builds cardiovascular endurance fast — trains the heart and lungs to handle load
- Preserves muscle — unlike long steady-state cardio, it maintains lean mass
- Improves metabolic flexibility — teaches the body to switch between energy sources

Why rebounding + manual lymphatic tapping
Movement, lymphatic drainage and sauna help clear the toxins and internal load that weigh on body and mind. Rebounding and manual lymphatic tapping work directly on the lymphatic system — the body's own cleaning system, which has no pump of its own and depends entirely on movement to keep flowing.
- Activates the lymphatic pump — up-and-down motion opens and closes one-way valves in lymph vessels
- Clears cellular waste — flushes metabolic waste, reducing heaviness and puffiness
- Supports immunity — a large share of immune cells travel through the lymphatic system
- Manual tapping targets key drainage points — neck, armpits and groin
- Low joint impact — a full-body detox effect with far less stress than running
Why light & sound therapy is the backbone
Healing light and sound frequencies, combined with sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge, calm the nervous system and relax muscle and mind. Once the nervous system is calm and the brain drops into a resting state, the body's own repair and recovery processes begin.
A guided device session, 10–15 minutes — worn like a headset, eyes closed.
- Switches off fight-or-flight — a guided session turns on the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state
- Slows brain activity — shifts the brain into calmer alpha and theta states
- Lowers cortisol and heart rate as the nervous system settles
- Recovery only happens at rest — a calm nervous system is the gate that opens real recovery
- Sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge train the nervous system to move between states faster

Food as fuel, not filler
Food should never work against the body — it should nourish it. Every meal in this programme is built as fuel for what the body is doing that day, not just filling it: whole, anti-inflammatory ingredients, timed to your exertion and recovery.

What makes this a longevity clinic rather than a spa?
A longevity clinic in Bali works from data: blood panels, VO2 max testing and body composition first, then protocols — NAD+ IV drips, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen — dosed to your markers, with retests to prove the needle moved.
Do you offer stem cell therapy and what do treatments cost?
Stem cell therapy in Bali is available through our licensed medical partners after screening; ozone therapy and NAD+ IV prices are per session with packages for residents — the longevity doctor walks you through the price list at your first consult.
