Who we are

Full Spectrum Reset is a two-day wellness and longevity program held at a private villa in Bukit, Bali, Indonesia. This website (balilongevitylab.com) is operated by the Full Spectrum Reset team (“we”, “us”). What data we collect

Data you send us yourself. When you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, use the booking form (it opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp) or email us, we receive what you share: your name, contact details, preferred dates and your questions.
Health information you volunteer. Before the program we ask a few questions about contraindications (e.g. pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions). Sharing this is voluntary; we use it only to adapt the program safely for you and never share it with anyone else.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). The site may use cookies and similar technologies — including analytics and the Meta Pixel — to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

How we use it

To reply to your requests, hold your spot and organize the program;
to adapt practices to your health and safety needs;
to improve the website and our communication;
to run and measure advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and similar services.

We process your data based on your consent and on the steps needed to arrange the program you asked about. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make the site and our communication work: Netlify (website hosting), Google (embedded fonts and map), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel) and Telegram. Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy. We never share the health information you give us.

Cookies and advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We may use them for basic site statistics and for advertising measurement — for example, the Meta Pixel lets us know that a visit or a message came from our ad and helps us show the ad to people who are actually interested in wellness. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.

How long we keep data

Messenger conversations and booking details are kept for as long as they are needed to organize programs and answer follow-up questions. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or to delete it, and withdraw your consent. Just write to us on WhatsApp or by email — we answer personally.

Children

The website and the program are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
